Youtube is now allowing users to set their preferred start time of any video at the embedded player.

By putting " &start=91 " after the two video links appeared in the embedded source codes, the video will start to play from the 91st second of the clip till the end.
i.e. http://www.youtube.com/v/fK-MQrDjzNM&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0&start=91
